Happy new year Leo & Damary, I received the cuckoo clock and it is beautiful. Its found a good home in our kitchen and it looks fantastic yet simple. Thank you for providing such a rare service of restoring things of craftsmanship that can't be matched today.

Thank you for the superb shipping of this cuckoo clock. I have 10 other cuckoo's but really appreciated the detailed instructions. I know that by doing that it saves you a lot of time and complaints. I have bought other clock's off of Ebay and have almost always asked the seller to at least take a bread tie and tie up the chains at the bottom of the clock. You detailed down to dotting the i and crossing the t. lol. I also like the certificate and charm... very nice touch for your customers. Thank's a lot and I will be watching your upcoming item's. Included were easy to set up instructions and a short story of the Cuckoo Clock. I appreciate the special tagging on the clock to make the instructions so fail safe to follow.
