60 Day Warrantee on moving parts, please follow the specific instructions enclosed with each clock. No warrantee on carvings or any damage done other than when it was originally shipped.(2 weeks maximum from shipping date) since each clock is a unique bird species we are require up to 2 months for warrantee replacements. Additional Charges maybe imposed due to market unavailability’s. Broken or removal of the clock internal label voids the warrentee.
